TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Century Media Records GmbH, Schäferstr. 33A, 44147 Dortmund, Germany (“the Promoter”).

 

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

 

3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway will open at 12:00 PM BST on 28 November 2025 and close at 11:59 PM BST on 10 March 2026.
Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official giveaway landing page hosted by the Promoter.

  • No purchase is necessary.

  • One entry per person.

  • Use of automated entries, bots, or multiple email accounts is strictly prohibited.
     

5. Prize
There will be one (1) winner. The winner will receive:

  • One (1) Backforce One Gaming Chair Electric Callboy Edition (new condition, factory specifications).

Important:

  • The prize consists solely of the gaming chair.

  • Delivery within the UK is included.

  • Any setup, assembly, or additional accessories are not included.

  • No cash alternative is available.
     

The winner will be required to provide a valid UK delivery address. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

 

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random using a verifiable random draw (Random.org), conducted by Brainchild on behalf of the Promoter.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the giveaway closing date (no later than 17 March 2026).

 

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address used to enter.
If the winner does not respond within 14 calendar days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

 

8. Data Protection and Marketing Consent
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that:

  • Their email address may be used by the Promoter for marketing purposes.

  • Their data will be processed and controlled by the Promoter in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in promotional emails.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required for the administration and fulfilment of the giveaway.

 

9. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time due to events outside its control.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for any alternative.

  • In the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
